Discover the beauty of Indonesian Satria Yoga, as passed down through the line of Sat Guru Ma Prem (Maharishi Ma Prem Shakti Prema Gopi Krishna Divia Ratna), her disciple Pendekar Steven Benitez and his wife Laarni Benitez – my direct teachers.
An art preserved through time
Satria Yoga is an authentic, unique and complete system since the day of its conception, preserving the connection to its esoteric roots and sacred intentions.
It is based on the Indonesian martial art Pencak Silat but has no combative elements to it; rather, Satria Yoga is a practice of forming a loving relationship and union with the body while unfolding its full potential.
